"Hi, Ron, I want to thank you again for all the time and careful attention you showered upon us yesterday. we are so grateful for your good ideas, and willingness to help us end up with the best possible plans. thank you very, very much."
“Ron is an oxymoron in the business. He is totally committed to his clients and you can TRUST him 100%. When our builder backed out of a very tight construction window, Ron offered-without any charge-to find a replacement builder who he carefully vetted. The builder he found was OUTSTANDING and we were thrilled with the results. Ron truly saved our project. We have worked with other professionals on previous projects but will return to Ron from here on. You can't put yourselves in better hands.”
"The best thing to happen to my wife and me through our extreme home makeover was meeting Ron from Seacoast Home Design. We talked to several traditional 2-D architects that did not seem too interested with our so called “small residential project”. They didn’t even know much about 3-D designing when we asked. Not only was Ron enthusiastic about our idea, but he also showed us that he is an expert with the latest in 3-D design technology. It is exactly like our favorite show on HGTV, Hidden Potential. To top it all off, Ron was very reasonably priced. Getting to see the design almost in real life and literally walking through the design made it real easy for my wife and me to make decisions through the process. Now that we’ve seen the power of 3-D design, I don’t see how you could confidently design a remodel without it."
Sincerely, Tammie and Joe
"Ron at Seacoast Home Design drew the plans for a 2 story addition (kitchen and bedroom) to an existing home. He took the ideas and sketches I had and turned them into proper drawings used for permitting and construction. In addition, he added value to the process by coming up with a beautiful kitchen design that worked with the floorplan I wanted. I also got 3D color renderings from his CAD software of what my finished space would look like. This was very helpful in the design process!
Working with Seacoast was a great experience. Ron is a true professional. He delivered what he promised and always delivered within my time limits. Ron also provided support through the permitting process and provided additional details when the city had questions, even working directly with the city inspectors, all at no additional cost to me. I highly recommend his work."
"I would highly recommend the services of Ron Wentworth of Seacoast Home Design. Our goal was to build a large Victorian Carriage House for our antique/specialty car, and farm tractor collection plus room for storage and hobby use. My wife Alicia and I had built our 5,100 sq.ft. Victorian home about a dozen years earlier and made it as authentic to it's era as possible. We now needed to make the 'Barn' match the house in design and detail. (1,200 Sq.Ft. Footprint with 12' ceilings, no posts, 2nd floor future guest cottage.)
As a retired home builder, I'm familiar with good plans, and bad plans, and as I am still a licensed builder, I did not wish to pay the fees of an 'Architect' who would generally want a piece of the action or percentage of the total project expense. What I needed was a good working set of 'blueprints', and that's what SEACOAST provided.
A random Internet search brought up several names of possible draftsmen, and my phone started ringing off the hook with a number of brash, pushy or otherwise vague proposals, with one exception. When Mr. Wentworth called me, he was a gentleman, and professional. We arranged to meet while he was at a home show in Providence, and upon meeting him, we decided to proceed with his services. We were not disappointed.
Mr. Wentworth met with us on a few occasions to properly understand our goals and objectives with the project. His fee was more than reasonable as the quality and detail of his work was priceless in the municipal permit, materials, and sub-contractor bidding process. In addition to a high-quality color master hard-copy we received a computer "CD" which made it a breeze to have our local printing house generate as many additional copies of the plans as needed. Throughout the process anyone reviewing the plans, city hall, suppliers, sub-contractor all remarked, "Great Plans!"
While I designed the structure to match our Victorian home and it receives many complements, I'm quick to tell friends and associates that it could not have come together as well as it did without the outstanding work of Ron Wentworth of Seacoast Home Design."
“Ron is a true professional in his attention to detail, customer service, and outstanding knowledge of the construction/remodel process. His ability to "see" the potential and turn our ideas into the perfect design was perfection.
We can't imagine having done this extensive remodel without Ron's design expertise and insight. The end product exceeded our expectations; with Ron's design expertise there were no "surprises"
